Effective with the March reports, the Billing and Accounts Receivable Group will be preparing and distributing reports 
for the charges, collections and A/R information.  I will no longer be distributing any reports concerning the BAR information.  
 This includes the monthly "distribution" report used by the departments to allocate their revenue between their FCPA 
subaccounts.  This report will be prepared by BAR and sent to the distribution e-mail group.  

BAR will have the reports ready by the end of the second business day each month.   If your department needs to prepare journal 
entries based on the information in the reports, they will need to be emailed to Ken Van Doren by noon the THIRD business 
day of each month.  If you have any questions concerning the information on the reports, please contact Mark Pitts at 265-7931.
