Attached is a memorandum from Wayne Tharp concerning a new procedure for
preventing 1099's issued in a faculty member's name.  The College of
Medicine Dean's Office will be following this new procedure immediately
and ask that you please share this memorandum with your staff to ensure
that all employees are aware of this change.
