Subject: Negative Balance Report for 04/28/06

   Attached is the negative balance report for 04/28/06.  I'm also
attaching a copy of the email from Murphy Miller explaining the change
in processing for missing distributions.  I've highlighted on my report
all departments that had their fund 179 increase this last period.  This
means that those employees would NOT have been paid following this new
procedure.  I've also tried to indicate if there were journal entries
pending on the the fund 179's or if there needed to be additional work. 
If the status is "JE's Pending", then no further work is needed to clean
up the fund.  We just need to wait for the journal entries to post.
