Department Administrators:

We know that you receive a lot of email communications.  Also, many
different people in the Dean's office Financial Services Group send you
email communications.  To help identify emails with policies or
procedures from the Dean's office Financial Serivces Group, we will
begin the subject line with "DOFS".  So, if you see "DOFS" at the
beginning of the subject line - this will indicate that the email
contains a new or revised policy or procedure or other official
communication.  The "DOFS" emails will be archived on our website,
www.med.ufl.edu - under "Help" under DoFs Archive Email. 
Therefore, you can go to the website to retrieve the emails if you need
to.
