** High Priority **

    The preliminary June 2006 financial statements are now available out
on the Financial Services website.  These statements are for REVIEW
only.  If you see any items that require reclassing in the FCPA, you can
submit journal entries to Tommy Washer by 10 a.m. on Tuesday, 08/01. 
Any journal entries submitted before the deadline will be reflected in
the preliminary year-end review statements.  These updated preliminary
statements will be hand delivered to the department chair and department
administrator next week.  These updated preliminary statements will be
used during the Financial Services Year End meetings that have been
scheduled with each department.
