
Special COMFS Login Instructions
1. Verify valid Gatorlink ID and Password (or change password):
Goto UF HelpDesk. Follow the directions on the page
2. Clear Cache:
Open Internet Explorer: Tools, Internet Options | Delete Cookies | Delete Files
3. Login to COMFS Portal:
Login to the Portal at: https://portal.comfs.ufl.edu/. Userid needs to be in the format: ufad\gatorlink where gatorlink is your gatorlink ID.
If you have problems resetting your gatorlink ID (step 1 above) or clearing your cache (step 2 above) then please contact your computer support group for assistance. If, after you reset your gatorlink ID and/or clear your cache, you are still having problems accessing the portal please contact COMFS Computer Support by emailing support@comfs.ufl.edu. Please include as much information about your computer, Internet Explorer Version, and errors you are receiving. Screenshots of errors are highly recommended.
